im 26 and have always been under weight. I eat everything i see and cant gain weight. i am 6 foot 3 inches an weigh any where from 130 to 145lbs. it goes up and down all the time but never gets over 145. please help.

    Eat alot of meats and work out so u dont just gain fatty weight so its muscle

    go purely on protein to build muscle mass.
    That will gradually increase ur weight.

    I did it with mostly protein but still had to eat like a horse. If you don’t work out as well, and get enough sleep, you won’t get far.

    That is, without getting unhealthy.

    Plenty of fattening nuts might perhaps help. The unsaturated fats in nuts are healthy fats and nuts are also rich in potassium, magnesium, iron and zinc.
