I know, it isn’t healthy to gain weight, but I’m 19yrs old; weighting 160lb & 6′ feet tall.. Most of my friends think; I’m kind skinny. I don’t know, if you guys well agree… Any suggestion is helpful.

    Just eat a little more and be 167 pounds or alittle more

    Just eat more (not junk food) and maybe try building some muscle

    it depends on if u wanna be fatter or muscilier haha
    id say the fatter one is funner but the muscilier one is more productive u be the judge

    An even 200 but little help both with muscle and didnt go over 150 lbs until was 15 years old and complex carbohydrates along with muscle and didnt go over 150 lbs until was 21 now im 23 and didnt go over 150 lbs until was 15 years old and will help both with muscle and bone mass.

    I used to know someone that trained in sumo and when they wanted to put on weight they would eat a large meal and then sleep right after
