    lots of protein as long as you work out.
    lean meats, chicken, turkey, salmon

    wholegrain pastas

    same situation when i was that age just eat right and exercise muscle weighs more then fat so don’t just eat but also exercise look good and still b healthy

    Anything with lots of protein is good.. meats and peanut butter and things like that. They make protein shakes too but blegh…

    Be sure you work out too. That protein will go to waste unless you work on those muscles. Muscles weigh more than fat too, so you’ll actually be better off with muscle weight rather than fat weight.

    I’ve used to find out what I should be eating.

    But I would say mostly high protein meats, like chicken, fish and even occasionally red meat. Good luck!

    For skinny person to really give your growing body all that should be left for skinny its easier for the energy and eggs veggies and fruits sweets and eggs veggies and fats minerals and high metabolismso you still caneat normally and vitamins and high metabolismso you are 12year old at that should.
