Make small changes such as
Take little bit small portions
Put a little bit less gravy/sauces/dressings on stuff
Do a little bit more exercize (take stairs instead of elevaror..)
Eat less fryed foods
Eat fast food only once at they very most maby 2x a week
(if you have 2 eat fast food more then that get healthier choices)
Eatting breakfast (something light)
don’t add salt/other spices if it doesn’t need it
Eat slower and not talk well you are eatting
