I’m almost 15 years old and I only weigh 110-115 lbs. (it never stays consistent). And I’m about 5′8″. Is there any quick way I can gain weight over the summer? I want to look good before school starts.

    Muscle weighs more than fat. Strength training builds muscle, so maybe you should start with. It may sound stupid, but maybe you could up your caloric intake a bit more. Football players do stuff like this, and end up gaining weight in, like, muscle form

    Also drink alot of water like 7 or 8 cups a day
    drink alot of carbs too like gatorade and chicken etc
