How can I gain weight but not fat?

I am a 16 year old football player. I am about 5′10/11 and I weigh 195 lbs. I love football and i love playing defenseive end, but my coaches say i need to gain 10-15 lbs if that is ever going to happen. I need to gain this weight by July 30, the first day of three-a-days. I already am taking Nos Blast. I want to gain this weight, but not gain much if any fat. What should I eat, or what kind of supplements should i take to help me get to my goal?

The mass into muscle not fat.
The weights build as it is far heavierdenser than fat.
Well, you dont have to gain fat, muscle weighs more than fat, so just do some weight training and build up those muscles!! lol i hope that helped
Eat a lot of protein. You can do some protein shakes to help with that. They’re pretty good with a banana blended in which gives you some extra potassium.
For 20 30 minutes then rest day of rest day split with added bcaas to estrogen drink half gallon of milk day for weights focus on gaba to keep the big muscle groups in day split.

Exersice regularly ( play sports)
Do not skip your meals, eat 3 times per day
Eat more food that have calories and protein like eggs, potato and meat.
Drink more water always keep yourself dehydrate.
