Berger asked:

I’ve been ‘thin’ my whole life. No matter what I do or how much I eat I can’t seem to gain any weight. Is there any healthy way to gain weight, preferably more than 1 pound a month. Is there a certain diet or something?

Have you tried weight gaining shakes? Also, you will have to eat more carbs than protein. Have you thought about lifting weights to gain mass?

i would suggest eating bigger meals but continuing your exercise schedule. Avoid eating fatty voids like take out or fast food as that just clogs your arteries and makes future problems. You will gain muscle if you do exercises while you do that… which weighs more then fat. Plus youll look a lot healthier and will appeal to much more people if you avoid the fatty look and stick away from the bubble shape

Weight training will build muscle, which weighs more than fat and looks more toned. Maybe try eating more proteins and fats (preferably unsaturated). Gaining weight is usually pretty easy, but gaining good, healthy weight is more of a challange…

Try pasta, fish, chicken, Brown rice, Oats, that sort of stuff. Go do some weight lifting. Look them up on line.

Try adding healthy fats and proteins. Example: just about every kind of nut, peanut butter, tuna, eggs, turkey bacon, tuna, cheese, whole milk… that’s all I can think of right now. All in moderation of course, but these things are healthy and have a good bit of “healthy fat” in them. Best of luck!

    Greetings,

How about weight training? That way you’ll add mass to your frame while adding some muscle as well!
