Hi, 21 years old and I am 5′7 and 145lbs. I am very solid and muscular but also I am very skinny. How do I bulk up with out becoming fat. I am normal weight for my height but I look way too skinny and I am never able to gain weight. I was thinking about joining a gym but I would like to know peoples’ methods of bulking up.

I know this is a real diagnosis. I just don’t know the name.

(And even if you do not eat fatty foods you still gain weight)

Thanks.

I am 94 lbs, 5′7.5″ and 17 years old female. I am trying to gain weight – I never skip meals and eat healthy. I only lost weight because I ran a lot over the summer for XC. I haven’t run for 6 months now.

I don’t know how many calories to eat to gain. :/
Any help is appreciated.

I am a 16 year old football player. I am about 5′10/11 and I weigh 195 lbs. I love football and i love playing defenseive end, but my coaches say i need to gain 10-15 lbs if that is ever going to happen. I need to gain this weight by July 30, the first day of three-a-days. I already am taking Nos Blast. I want to gain this weight, but not gain much if any fat. What should I eat, or what kind of supplements should i take to help me get to my goal?

My friend has a 19 year old Sealpoint Himilayan that is very skinny. She’s had so many tests done to see if there’s anything wrong. The cat eats normally, plays like a young cat, nothing seems to be wrong. She asked me and I can’t find an answer besides the fact that when animals, much like humans, get old, they aren’t apt to gain weight. How often do you see a very old human being that is FAT?? Not often, I would say. Her vet said that she needs to put some weight on the cat. I was thinking Nutrical as a supplement, maybe?? Suggestions?? I’m stumped !

I’ve been ‘thin’ my whole life. No matter what I do or how much I eat I can’t seem to gain any weight. Is there any healthy way to gain weight, preferably more than 1 pound a month. Is there a certain diet or something?
